Guadelupe Muro

December 12, 1930 — July 10, 2018

Guadalupe (Lupe) Andrade Muro went with the angels on July 10, 2018 at 4:30 in the afternoon.  Lupe was born on December 12, 1930 in Kansas City, MO where she lived all of her life.  Above all, she always put her family first and she considered everyone her family. She raised not just her own six children, she raised any other child who came in her path.  Lupe worked for the KCMO School District for 30 years and finally retired at the age of 79.  Services will be at Park Lawn Funeral Chapel on Monday, July 16, 2018.  Visitation will be at 10 AM.  followed by services at 11 AM.  Burial immediately following at Brooking Cemetery.

Lupe endured the passing of her husband Daniel L. Muro, and her son Mark Anthony Muro.  She is preceded in death by her parents Librado Andrade and Teresa Hernandez Andrade, her sisters Ermenia Castro and Josephine Miller, her brothers Robert Andrade and Jesse Andrade.

Survivors include her brother John Andrade who resides in California.  A brother-in-law O.J. Miller who resides in Kansas City, MO.   Lupe’s sons Dr. and Mrs. Daniel Muro MD who reside in Texas.  Micheal Muro and his son Javier Muro who reside in South Carolina.  Lupe had three daughters Teresa Atlassi, her husband Fariborz Atlassi and their daughter Mina Atlassi who reside in California.  Karen Muro and Diane Muro who live in Kansas City, MO.  Granddaughter Katherine Muro, and Lupe's great grandson Mark Anthony Muro. who live in Kansas City. MO, and many nieces and nephews.
