Rest in peace Al. we were able to be friends for a long time as you were with many others. I know that you are in a better place now. God bless your surviving family members

My Uncle will be remembered as a good man. I know he was a person who loved his family and I mean his whole family. Even though my Aunt has been gone many years now, Al continued to send out Christmas cards to our family every year. I've never known a man who was so thoughtful and giving to his extended family. I believe it was Al's way of letting us know he still loved us and wasn't going to forget us. I was so grateful to have that connection. It really makes me realize how love lives on. My memory of Al will be of Christmas time and celebrations. I loved hearing him talk and always finding humor in something. I wish more people were like him. I hope he knows what's in my heart and that he has all the joy he deserves. We love you Al!!! Meloney Ruoff and Family
