Willard A. Applegate

Willard A. Applegate, 98, was born November 8, 1922 and passed away Thursday, July 1, 2021. Willard was preceded in death by his parents Oscar and Gladys Applegate, his wife Maurine, his wife Mary and his daughter Aletta Miller. Survivors include his daughter Carol Hartford, son Bill Applegate, daughter Janet (Terry), son Curtiss (Rita), children (step-daughters): Margaret Webb (Gene), and Anita Richey, many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation will be 12PM, with services to follow at 1PM, Tuesday, July 6 at Park Lawn Funeral Home, 8251 Hillcrest Rd., Kansas City, Missouri; burial in Green Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in Willard's name may be made to Lumicare Hospice, 220 NW RD Mize Road, Blue Springs, MO 64014.  A special thanks to Danny and the staff at St. Mary's Manor and a special thanks to Matt Foster.
