Travis Dale Arnold (Feb 21st, 1983-March 18, 2019) will be remembered as the kindest friend and the most loving son, grandson, uncle and brother. Raytown South classmates (2002) remember him as one of the best inside linebackers and fullbacks that ever wore a Cardinals jersey.
Travis set an example for us all through his courage, kindness, and bravery after a spinal cord injury caused him to lose his mobility 17 years ago. Travis’s faith and strength, along with the love of his loyal friends and family, carried him through until his body could no longer.
Travis was passionate about his interest and dedicated his time to studying everything there was to know about his love for his dogs, aquarium, cars and gaming.
Travis is survived by his parents, Debra Ann Arnold and Larry Walter Arnold; his sisters, Misty Dyer (Ken Dyer)and Ashli West; grandfather, George King; nieces, Akayla West and Kynzlee West; nephews, Jacob Dyer, Tyler Dyer, Landon West, and Brandon Dyer; and beloved dog Bear. Travis was preceded in death by his brother, Brandon Arnold; grandmothers, Helen Arnold and Alice King; and grandfather, Clarence Arnold.
