Jackie was born June 28, 1935 in Hurricane, South Carolina. Jackie was a loving housewife to her husband John and a devoted mother to her children.

Jackie was preceded in death by her husband, an infant son, and a daughter Stephanie. She is survived by a son, Scott (Debra) of Lee's Summit; and two grandchildren; Erin and Jennifer as well as her closest friend and sister, Reba Hubbard.
