Cynthia Sue Bishop

Cynthia "Cyndee" Sue Bishop, 62, of Kearney, MO, passed away July 10, 2021, at North Kansas City Hospital.

Cyndee was born August 28, 1958, in McAlester, Oklahoma, the fifth of six children of Louis and Delores (Del Ceillo) Rasch. She was united in marriage to Barry Wayne Bishop on March 15, 1981 in Stillwater, Oklahoma. They moved from Independence, KS to Kearney, MO in 1999.

Cyndee is preceded in death by her father, Louis Rasch; granddaughter, Ashlynn McIlwee; brother, Larry Rasch; and sisters, Gloria Bergman and Gail Gonzalez.

Survivors include her husband, Barry Bishop; daughters, Brianna Bishop and Cassie McIlwee (Sean); grandchildren, Kailey Moore, Kaden Cothran, Easton Walker and Connor McIlwee. Cyndee also leaves her mother, Delores Rasch; siblings, Dennis Rasch and Veranda Rasch; brother-in-law, Aaron Bergman; sister-in-law, Susan Hall (Tim); as well as nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held from 10-11 am Saturday, July 17, at Park Lawn Northland Chapel, I-35 at State Route 291, Liberty, MO. Graveside services will immediately follow the visitation at 11:30 am at Glenridge Cemetery, Liberty. Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
