Courtney Paige Blakey, age 50, passed away December 27, 2021. Visitation will be held from 5 - 7PM, Monday, January 3, 2022, at Park Lawn Funeral Home, 8251 Hillcrest Rd., Kansas City, MO 64138.  Graveside services will be 1PM, Tuesday, January 4 at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Courtney is survived by her parents Gary Cramer and Fredricka Berkley; husband Michael Blakey; daughter Danielle (Jakob), sons Dylan and Tyler; grandchildren Maurice and Natalie; siblings Ashley Zellers (Mike), Todd Cramer (Tracy), Meggan Newton (Chris), and Stephen (Callie). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews Lauren and Abbey Zellers, Hannah, J.R. and Ryder Newton, Lola Cramer.
