Kevin Lee Chaney

Kevin Lee Chaney passed away peacefully in his home on April 9, 2022. Kevin was born January 21, 1958 to Lee Roy Chaney and Nora Mae (Alexander) Chaney in Kansas City, Missouri. His father preceded him in death in 2011. Survivors include his wife Debbie Chaney; youngest son Kyle Chaney; daughter Tina Kelley; son Chad Chaney; daughter Shanette Jordon; grandchildren John Hiltner, Brendon Hiltner, Jody Perkins, Ruby Perkins and Adelan Jordon; and his sister Kelli Chaney. Kevin’s lifetime family, friends, neighbors and acquaintances were abundant as well.

Kevin enjoyed football, fishing, politics, sudoku, antiques, mopar cars and so much more. The passion of a richly enjoyed life was shown year after year with Kevin. He will be greatly missed by all. However, the harvest of his love will remain.

Visitation will be 12PM, with services to follow at 1PM, Friday, April 15 at Park Lawn Funeral Home, 8251 Hillcrest Rd., Kansas City, Missouri; burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.
