Christene Elizabeth Barrett

Christene Elizabeth Barrett, age 74, of Liberty, MO, born June 15, 1949 in Nederland,Texas to Mary Jane Fite and David Fite. Christene was preceded in death by both parents and step-father Robert F. Phillips. Christene is survived by her husband John Barrett, sister Sue Fite Vaughn, brother Andy Phillips, daughters Diana Morgan and Andrea Beard, son Robert Hobart, 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren as well as many friends. Christene was a patriot and focused on following God‘s plan for her.  She has served in church callings all over the U.S. making many lifelong friends. She served/retired from the US Navy. She later chose a career in hospital administration. She will be greatly missed by her spouse, family and friends.
