Kathryn “Kitten” Circle

March 10, 1936 — November 19, 2022

Our precious Kathryn “Kitten or Kitty” Melissa Louderback Circle, of Overland Park, Kansas, passed away on November 19th, 2022, while resting quietly in her sleep.

She was born to the late Johnny Carl and late Lorene Lucille Louderback in Crane, Texas on March 10th, 1936. The family moved to Arkansas City in 1944 when Kitten was nine years old. She was married to the late David Edison Circle on July 1, 1956. For many years she stayed home with her four daughters, until they were all old enough to attend school. At that time, she worked for several years as a bookkeeper in the Shawnee Mission School District.

Kitten put her trust in Jesus Christ at 16 years old at a Billy Graham Crusade and had a heart of gold. She loved music, hearing her daughters sing, dancing and later on in life, coloring. She was a loving mother and true friend to all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

She is survived by her four daughters, Kevon Doty (Travis), Dana Miller (Wendell), Dawn Chirdon and Katrina Dearing (Lamont), seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother JC Louderback (Donna) and Charles Stebbins (Mary) and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister Bebe Marzuola.
