Yvonne “Dee Dee” G. (Lickteig) Cletcher

April 1, 1965 — February 10, 2019

Yvonne “Dee Dee” Lickteig Cletcher passed away at 11:35 pm on 02/10/19 at Autumn Terrace Health and Rehabilitation Center in Raytown, MO. She was 53 years old.

Over the years she had been employed at MBPI, AT&T, St Luke’s Hospital, and as a caregiver and loving mother.

Dee Dee was preceded in death by her father and mother Martin Sr. and Pauline Lickteig. She leaves her sister Diane; three brothers Martin Jr. (Kathy), Tye (Sue) and Michael (Gwen) Lickteig; nephews Fr. Gabriel and Jacob Lickteig; nieces Kasey Walz, Heidi Lickteig and Andrea Plain. She also leaves great nephews/niece Derek and Andrew Walz and Elliana Lickteig.

Dee Dee was also preceded in death by a Beautiful daughter, Paula Cletcher, brother-in-law Tim Cletcher, and father-in-law Clyde Naugle. She leaves a second Beautiful daughter, Megan Chacon (Gabriel), grandsons Brody and Hunter, and Paula and Megan’s father Todd Cletcher. She also leaves mother-in-law Bea Naugle, father-in-law and mother-in-law Bill and Norma Cletcher; brother-in-law Tom Cletcher (Tiffany); sister-in-law Teri Duckworth (Ken); step-sister Debbie Nordyke (Steve), and step-sister Pam Bousquet (Jon).

Additionally, she leaves nieces Jenna Duckworth Miller (Jase) and Hope McCoy (Matt); nephews Thomas and Daniel Cletcher, Jordan Duckworth (Jessica), Brian Greenlee (Rachel), Zachary Nordyke (Lela), and Caleb Bousquet. She also leaves great nephews/nieces Elsie, Henry, and Jack Duckworth, Kane and Kali Miller, Emily and Brayden Greenlee, and Ashton and Peyton Nordyke, plus many friends who were as close as family.

Catholic Mass and Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 pm on 03/02/19 at St. Thomas More Parish located at 11822 Holmes Rd, Kansas City, MO 64131. Interment to follow at Park Lawn Funeral Home located at 8251 Hillcrest Rd, Kansas City, MO 64138.

We are going to have a Memorial Celebration of Life Pot Luck from 3:00–6:30 pm at Church of the Four Corners, located in The City House at 14300 E US Hwy 40; Kansas City, MO 64136. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Thomas More Parish.

Psalm 23:4 “Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.”

We love you Dee Dee! We will miss your light, laughter, and love. May you rest in the peace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Service Information:

Mass of Christian burial will be 12PM, Saturday, March 2 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 11822 Holmes Rd.; burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.
