Clifford Alan Dow

Clifford Alan Dow, 76, Blue Springs, MO passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2025.

Services will be 11:00 AM Friday, March 21, 2025 at Park Lawn Funeral Home, 8251 Hillcrest Rd., Kansas City, MO. Burial in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 PM Thursday, March 20 at the funeral home.

Cliff was born May 1, 1948 in Nashua, New Hampshire, the son of Allan and Edna “Tootie” (Dye) Dow. He was a proud Eagle Scout. He was a 1966 graduate of William Chrisman High School. Cliff retired in 2000 after 31 years from General Motors and was a proud member of the UAW Local #31. He volunteered with the Kansas City AIDS project, United Way and Suicide Hotline. Cliff enjoyed football, baseball and going to the casino.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Allan and Tootie Dow and his sister, Mary Covell.

Survivors include his son: Brandon Dow and his wife Nikki Meiners, sister, Cindy Nield and her husband Mark Nield, nephews, Phillip and Todd Dow, niece Sarah Zizzo, her husband, Ryan Zizzo and their children, Bella, Grayson and Luca, niece Halana Rose, niece Nicki Bates, her husband Steve Bates and their children, Brianna, Chloe, Liberty, Madison and Brooklyn, niece Shawna Beaman and her children Tyler and Chase, niece Jessica Hatstat and her children Jessica, Makayla, Kylie, Jonathan and Kelsie, granddaughter, Brittanie Lynn and her children William and Phoenyx and grandson, Mikey Schwartz.
