David J. Creager

David J. Creager, 82, of Kansas City passed September 16th, 2021.

David was born on October 14th 1938, along with his twin brother Richard in Coyle, Oklahoma to Jean and Burnice (Shellhammer) Creager. After his service in the Navy, he married the love of his life and moved to Kansas City, MO where he continued to pursue his passions of gardening, photography, exploring nature and deepening his relationship with our Lord and Savior.

David was preceded in passing by his Mom and Dad, his brother Richard, and son Jeffrey.

He is survived by his wife Sharon of almost 60 years, son Jody Creager; daughter Holly LaFosse and husband, Kyle; son Jason Creager and his wife, Nazira. Additionally his legacy includes grandkids Jesse Kincel, Dalton, Jada, and Kyler LaFosse, Eli and Felix Creager, and one great grandson, Pierce LaFosse.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at Abundant Life Administration Building, 414 S. Persels Rd., Lees Summit, MO 64081. Committal service will follow at Wills Cemetery in Peculiar, MO.
