V. Catherine Crow

V. Catherine "Kitty" Crow, 86, of Raymore, MO, passed away Monday, July 1, 2019 at Foxwood Springs Senior Living.

Kitty, as everyone knew her, was born February 23, 1933 in Eldon, MO to Acle Robert and Opal Hilary (Brown) Twitchel.  She attended and graduated from Eldon High School in Eldon, MO and soon moved to Kansas City, MO where she went to work at Unitog and worked there until she retired.

Kitty is survived by her daughter Edith Lynn (Howard) Ashton and her husband Don Ashton of Bartlesville, OK; four sisters: Jane Jarrett (Carl) of Lebanon, MO, Sue Elmore of Clinton, MS, Barbara Bond (Norman) of Russellville, MO, and Rozina Wood (Norman) of Springfield, MO; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents Acle Robert and Opal Hilary (Brown) Twitchel, brothers Les Twitchel, Rex Twitchel, Norris Twitchel and one sister Juanita Brown.

Kitty was married to Robert Lee Crow who she was married to for 41 years before he passed away in August of 2017.  They were both big workers in Tri City Baptist Church and Southland Baptist Church.  She devoted her time to the Church, Missionaries and Children's Bus Ministry until the end and she loved the Lord.

Graveside services will be 1PM, Saturday, July 13 at High Point Cemetery, High Point, MO with Brother Lon Harding officiating.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Brookdale Hospice, P.O. Box 1400, Raymore, MO 64083 or to High Point Cemetery.
