Delores J. Curtis

Delores J. (Zion) Curtis, 83, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, passed away November 10, 2021.  Delores was born November 1, 1938 in Independence, Missouri to Raymond and Vergine Zion. She is survived by her daughter Treena Ann Wilt and her husband John, four granddaughters, one grandson, six great granddaughters, and five great grandsons. Delores was a Deacon's wife and taught Sunday School at Rockwood Baptist Church in Independence, Missouri. She served in the church kitchen (she was an excellent cook) and was a member of Women on Mission. She was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend. She will be remembered for her love of the Lord and her amazing pies!

Visitation will be 12PM, with services to follow at 1PM, Saturday, November 20 at Park Lawn Funeral Home, 8251 Hillcrest Rd., Kansas City, Missouri; burial in Green Lawn Cemetery.
