Geare Rebecca “Jean” De

Rebecca Jean DeGeare, 96, died January 17th 2022 at the University Health Lakewood
Care Center. Born on July 28th 1925 in Bosworth, MO. to James and Lela Breeze. She married
George DeGeare on March 23rd 1946 in St. Louis MO.

She will be remembered for being a Godly woman, especially helping others.
Singing and involvement in her church was one of her passions. Words can’t
describe the lessons she has taught many.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her two sons George DeGeare and
Wilbert DeGeare. Survivors include Diane (Richard) Hammond, Karen (Wilbert)
DeGeare, Sandy (Chuck) Weber, Betty (Dale) Craigg, Mella (Felix) Mora, David
(Kelly) DeGeare, Steven DeGeare, Faith (Danny) Ramsey, James (Shawn) DeGeare.
A host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces,
nephews and friends

Visitation will begin at 12PM, with services to follow at 1PM, Saturday, January 22 at Park Lawn Funeral Home, 8251 Hillcrest Rd., Kansas City, Missouri; burial to follow in Green Lawn Cemetery.
