Kathy was born on October 28, 1960 in Gladstone, Missouri. She married her husband Michael in 1982 and had two daughters, Sarah Marie and Amanda Leigh. She worked for Hallmark for 36 years. She is survived by her husband, mother Shirley (Stephens) Hamilton, daughters, sister Anne McMillin, and brother Steve Hamilton.
