Patricia A. Van Orman Duvall

Patricia A. Van Orman Duvall, 70, of Independence, MO, passed away December 4, 2018. Patricia was born March 5, 1948 in Berkley, CA. She was an avid reader and LOVED books. Patricia enjoyed gardening and loved watching birds. She cared for all ‘critters’ that came into her yard and her view.

Patricia is survived by her spouse, Oliver J. Duvall of the home; daughter Margaret Cherrie (Bryan) of Dacula, GA; daughter Judith Jernigan (Brian) of Montgomery, TX; brother Jack Jagger (Carol) of Lisle, IL; sister Judi Jagger of Montgomery, TX; stepdaughter Dianna Duvall of Blue Springs, MO; stepdaughter Debbie Ruth (Geno) of Independence, MO; and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Patricia requested no services and preferred that family and friends celebrate her life by doing good deeds in her memory. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to your local animal shelter or to the Hospice House of John Knox Village where she was cared for in her final days.
