Francis Allen “Frank” Eggleston

Francis Allen “Frank” Eggleston, 68, of Holt, MO, passed away May 2, 2019, at NorthCare Hospice House with his wife Sandra and loved ones at his side. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm, followed by services at 6:00 pm, on Wednesday, May 8, at the First Christian Church, 400 Center Street, Lathrop, MO. Cremation will follow. At a later date In Virginia, services will be held at Stanleytown United Methodist Church and burial will be at Roselawn Burial Park in Martinsville. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the church.

Frank was born September 16, 1950, in Martinsville, VA the eldest of four children of John Allen and Frances Carolyn (Fulcher) Eggleston. His parents preceded him in death. He was united in marriage to Sandra Kay Massey in August, 1974, in Martinsville, VA.

Frank worked as a Field Engineer for Kodak Alaris until his health no longer permitted. He also enjoyed freelance photography and was an accomplished equestrian and woodworker. Frank an active member of the First Christian Church in Lathrop, was Past Master of Kearney Lodge #311 AF & AM and Vincil Lodge (Cameron) #62 AF & AM, and was a member of the Scottish Rite Bodies Valley of Kansas City.

Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Sandra; siblings, Ellis Fulcher Eggleston (Vicky), Mark Steven Eggleston (Cindy) and Betsy Lou Bishop (Mike); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and many friends.

Service Information:
