Ella M Maples

1946 - 2024

Ella M. Maples, age 78, passed away on May 23, 2024.

Visitation will be held Friday, June 21, 2024, between the hours of 5pm - 7pm, at Park Lawn Funeral Home.  A Remembrance Service will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, June 22, at Pleasant Green MBC, 2910 East 30th Street, Kansas City, Missouri, 64128. Family will receive friends at the church beginning at 10am.  Interment will be in Lincoln Cemetery in Independence, Missouri.  

Ella was preceded in death by her parents, Phillip and Grace Maples; and her siblings: Joyce Robinson, James Smith, Carson Smith, Carlin Smith, Ronald Smith, Gaynell Vaughn, Phyllis Maples and Kenneth Maples.

She is survived by her four sons Earl Maples, Earl Hicks Jr., Fred Turner and Phillip Turner, 15 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of nephews, nieces, and extended loving family members and countless friends.
