Farley, Corey G.

May 8, 1986 — April 15, 2021

Corey Gene Farley passed away on April 15, 2021 at his home in Kansas City, MO at the young age of 34.

Corey is survived by his parents JoAnne & Gene, brother Craig, nephew Rye, niece Adalyn, sister-in-law Emily, grandmother Janet Farley, aunts, uncles, cousins and many family friends. Corey was proceded in death by his two grandfathers, Joseph Richard Hardy & Milford Gene Farley and grandmother Donna (Dyer) Hardy.

Corey was born in San Diego, California on May 8, 1986. He graduated high school from Louisburg High School in Louisburg, KS in 2005. Corey attended Johnson County Community College and University of Missouri in Kansas City.

Corey was a devoted Eagle Scout, tech guru, and avid researchers of all things. Corey was an extrovert and loved to sit down and just talk about everything and anything. He was a loyal uncle to his nephew and niece. He is the reason they’re obsessed with McDonald’s french fries and chicken nuggets. Corey and Craig shared many adventures growing up – they traveled the United States when their father Gene served in the Marine Corps. Corey will be deeply missed and his memory will always live.
