Judy Ellen (Gulley) Farnan, 74, of the Kansas City Northland, passed away November 26, 2022, at her home surrounded by loved ones.
Judy was born October 11, 1948, in Lawson, MO, the fourth of five children of Roy Bryant Gulley and Gertrude Decker Gulley. Along with her parents, Judy was preceded in death by husbands, Gary Lynn and Phil Farnan; brother, Gerald Gulley; and sister, Sharon Bush.
Judy grew up in Lawson, MO and was a member of the Assembly of God church in Lawson. She worked 30-plus years as a Traffic Manager for Lanter Trucking. After retirement, she loved working as a cashier at Sam's in Liberty.
Survivors include her daughter, Keisha Leavitt; granddaughters, Brittany Olszanski (Jacob) and Maddie Hart (Antonio Gonzalez Jr.); great grandchildren, Jeremiah, Tyler and Sarah; sister, Wanda Dusek (Jim); brother, Rick Gulley (Shari); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 am, followed by a service celebrating Judy's life at 11:00 am, on Thursday, December 1, at Park Lawn Northland Chapel, I-35 at State Route 291, Liberty, MO. Burial will follow at Lawson Cemetery in Lawson, MO. Flowers are welcome or memorials are suggested to NorthCare Hospice.
