Harvey Watson Fisher

Harvey Watson Fisher, 94, of Peculiar, Missouri, passed away at his home on Friday, January 6, 2023. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM on Friday, January 13, 2023 at Park Lawn Funeral Home, 8251 Hillcrest Road, Kansas City, Missouri 64138. A visitation will be from 1:00 - 2:00 PM with Masonic services beginning at 1:45 PM. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Kansas City, Missouri.

Harvey was born to Mattie Lee (Watson) and Harvey Mike Fisher on January 16, 1928. Harvey was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Ethel A. LaFerney; brother, Landon C. Fisher; and wife, Edna G. Fisher. Survivors include his children, Glenn McGuire (Sandy), Sondra Kiker (Jeff), Paul Talley (Gail), Carol Brown (Richard), and Jack Talley (Pam); 8 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; sister, Rose Ellen “Missie” Reid; and brother, Thomas “Jake” Edmond Fisher.

Harvey worked 32 years at General Motors in Leeds, retiring in 1982. He was a 50 year member of the Masonic Fraternity.
