Cynthia L. Franks, 68, passed away April 14, 2019. Visitation 9AM, service 10AM, Friday, April 19 at Park Lawn, 8251 Hillcrest Rd.; burial in Green Lawn Cemetery.

Cynthia was preceded in death by her daughter Christina Rhone, father Donald Heater and her nephew Paul Stegner. She will be lovingly remembered by partner Sam Franks; mother Helen Heater; son Richard Rhone; daughter Staci Brown and husband Graham; three wonderful granddaughters: Emma, Audrey and Isabel; sisters: Cheryl Vivian and husband John and Celeste Stegner and husband David; and numerous nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed everyday by those who knew her and loved her.
