Glenn “Bud” Mosley, Jr. of Lee’s Summit, MO, passed away unexpectedly at the age of 65. He was born in Kansas City, MO to Glenn and Beverly Mosley. Before graduating from Central Michigan University with a degree of Master of Science in Administration, Bud enlisted in the United States Navy to serve his country as a Machinist’s Mate Petty Officer 3rd class.
Over the last 10 years Bud worked for Union Pacific Railroad earning his way up to become a train conductor. He really enjoyed his job with the railroad. Even more than working on trains, he loved riding his Harley and being with friends and family. Anyone who knew him knew these things about him as well as how much of a joker he was in life. Bud always knew how to roll out a good joke or tell a great story.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and most recently his wife, Julee Hudson of Lee’s Summit.
Bud is survived by his children Trevor Hudson, Trey Mosley, and Heather Carpenter, husband Bobby, plus 5 grandchildren. He is also survived by his two sisters Tracey Mahlmann, husband Dan, and Susan Hoffmann, husband Ed.
There will be a Celebration of Life followed by a private graveside service at a later date this summer.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Midwest Transplant Foundation.
