Evelyn M. Golden

Evelyn Marie Golden was born on October 17, 1938. She was born in Kansas City, MO. Her parents were John L Adams and her mother Bertha B. Adams. She had two brothers John Junior and William and then his sister Roberta.

She met her husband Grover Lee Golden (cotton) and they got married on March 29, 1958. They had three children James, Dewitta Golden, Karen Rice.

She had many nieces and nephews too many to count and everyone always called her grandma. Evelyn loved to fish and some of our favorite pastimes was either playing bingo reading her Stephen King books watching or cheering on the Royals and the Chiefs and also watching her wheel of fortune but one of her favorite things to do with spending time with her grandchildren.

Her grandchildren meant the world to her there are a few Dustin Golden, JD Golden, Leah Williams and husband Randy Williams, Faith Angel and Matt Golden and also Michelle Christina and Michael Rice.

Another great mile stone for her was also becoming a great grandma her great Grand kids are Cathy,Shelby, Damon, Cali, Eli, Haylee, Asher, Alannah, Devin, Carson, and newest addition will be here soon and that is Lucas.

She was a very strong woman that can handle anything you through her way. She will be truly missed by many but she would want everyone to know that she is finally no longer alone or hurting. She is now with the love of her life.
