Shelley Rose (Chambers) Granger

Shelley Rose (Chambers) Granger, 67, of Archie, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri surrounded by her loving family. A visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 PM on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at Park Lawn Funeral Home, 8251 Hillcrest Road, Kansas City, Missouri 64138. The family will have a private graveside service at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Overland Park, Kansas.

Shelley was born on December 24, 1955 in Trent, Michigan to Jimmy Joe and Falyne Francis (Adolph) Chambers. Shelley had a big love for animals and nature. She was a true “tree hugging hippie”. She was known for her dog breeding.

Shelley is survived by her mother, Falyne Rivera; her husband, Kevin Granger; her children, Michael Chambers, Joel Chambers, Jessica Cox, Kyle Granger, and Jacob Granger; 6 grandchildren; and 4 siblings.

She was preceded in death by her father; her son, Joshua; and siblings, Jacqueline, Belinda, and Oni Frank.

A visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 PM on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at Park Lawn Funeral Home, 8251 Hillcrest Road, Kansas City, Missouri 64138. The family will have a private graveside service at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Overland Park, Kansas.
