Grant Christopher Sanders

Grant Christopher Sanders, age 44, of Belton, MO, passed away August 18th, 2024.

Memorial services are planned for 11AM, Friday, August 23, 2024, at South Haven Baptist Church. The family will receive friends beginning at 10AM.

Grant has been a member of Plumbers & Gas Fitters Local 8 since 1998. 

His dedication and hard work have paid off, leading to positions as an estimator at multiple companies and later as a project manager at University Mechanical, where he oversaw hospital jobs around the Phoenix metro area.

Grant loved his family and friends, spending time outdoors, football, music and dancing.

Grant loved surrounding himself with sports, whether coaching his son’s basketball team, watching his daughter cheer at football games, or celebrating with his family as the Kansas City Royals won the World Series. He loved spending time outdoors, enjoying a day on the lake, tanning at the pool, or, his favorite, being at the beach with his family.

Grant is survived by his wife, Kerin Sanders; daughter, Lauren Sanders; son, Christian Sanders; father; Bruce Sanders; three brothers: Brandon & Carrie Sanders, Preston Sanders and Darrin Sanders; grandmother, Alta Kallstrom; four step-children; and twelve step-grandchildren; and many loving extended family members.

Grant was preceded in death by his mother; Lori Kallstrom Sanders; grandparents: Richard and Phyllis Sanders; and grandfather, Rolfe Kallstrom.
