Elaine Deloris Gray

Mrs. Elaine Deloris Gray, age 81, of Independence, passed away Thursday afternoon, December 27, 2018 peacefully at her residence surrounded by loved ones. She was born July 26, 1937 in Gravette, Arkansas. Elaine was preceded in death by her husband Richard M Gray, as well as her son Steven Meek, and daughter Carol Meek. She is survived by her daughter, Teri Martin (Mike) as well as two stepsons, Richard A Gray and Gary L Gray; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her. Elaine enjoyed bowling, reading, and camping with her husband and family. Visitation will be held at 10am Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Park Lawn Funeral Home in Kansas City, with a graveside service to follow at 10:30.
