Shirley A. Hall

Shirley Ann (Frazier) Hall, 85, of Kansas City North, passed away peacefully on June 9, 2021. Graveside services will be held on June 23, 2021, at 10:00 am at Green Lawn Cemetery, 8251 Hillcrest Rd, Kansas City, Missouri.

Shirley was born July 22, 1935. Shirley was a homemaker and a caregiver for her not only her own children but many of her nieces and nephews, neighbors' children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren while their parents worked. Shirley also served her country and community as the wife of an Army veteran and police officer.

Shirley was preceded in death by her husband Richard D. Hall; her parents Fred H. and Opal Fern (England) Frazier; and her brothers Bob, John, Jim, and Jerry Frazier.

Shirley is survived and loved by her daughters, Sheila Tillman and Deborah Merrell; her grandchildren, Shelbi (Sam) Hinds, Chad (Lauren) Tillman, Paul (Christy) Tillman, Richard Merrell, and Lynn Merrell as well as 12 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, other family members, and life long friends.

Graveside services will be held on June 23, 2021, at 10:00 am at Green Lawn Cemetery, 8251 Hillcrest Rd, Kansas City, Missouri.
