Billie J. Harris

Billie Jean Harris, 88, formerly of Holt, MO, passed away April 30, 2020 at Liberty Health and Wellness Center with family at her side. Visitation will be held from 4-6 pm Wednesday, May 6, at Park Lawn Northland Chapel, I-35 at State Route 291, Liberty. Private graveside services will be held Thursday, May 7, at Glenridge Cemetery, Liberty. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Holt United Methodist Church, P. O. Box 259, Holt, MO 64048.

Billie was born March 5, 1932, in Tulsa, OK, one of ten children of Ralph C. and Vera M. (Schlack) Dickinson. She was united in marriage to Ernest Harris on January 19, 1951. They were members of Holt United Methodist Church.

Along with her parents, Billie was preceded in death by her son, Donald Harris; son-in-law, Jeff Roberts; and four siblings. She leaves her husband of 69 years, Ernest; daughters, Delores Neufeld, Kathy Roberts and Donna Van Fosson (Larry); siblings, Ella Mae Rich, Dorothy Mitchell, Ralph Dickinson (Lorene), Frank Dickinson and Rosalie Carpenter; six grandchildren, Jennifer Chandler (Scott), Andrea Welsch (Ben), Christina Cogan (Craig), Alisa Webb (Adam), Sara Stoner and Max Van Fosson (Shelby); eight great grandchildren, Grace, Brayden, Brian, Michael, Karli, Ryleigh, Haley, Kylie, and many nieces and nephews.
