Helen Margaret Marlow

Helen Margaret Marlow, 92, of Kansa City, Missouri, passed away at 3:41 PM on Friday, December 24, 2021 at Northcare Hospice House in North Kansas City, Missouri. A visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 PM on Monday, January 3, 2022 at Park Lawn Northland Chapel, 1640 N. M-291 HWY. Liberty, Missouri 64068. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM. A private burial will be at Glenridge Cemetery in Liberty, Missouri. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research or Convoy of Hope.

Helen was born on December 18, 1929 in Barton County, Missouri to Sadie Belle (Talbott) and Emmett Richmond. She graduated from Liberal High School in Liberal, Missouri. She was united in marriage to Howard Nelson Marlow on January 12, 1948 until his passing on November 22, 2018. Helen was a member of the Eastern Star. She also loved to play the guitar, piano, autoharp, and just about any instrument she picked up.

Helen was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Roma Charlton and husband Dale, Ruby Richmond, Alice Overstreet and husband Charles, Lloyd Richmond and wife Vernice, Muriel Peterson and husband Gerald, Bill Richmond and wife Katie, and Sherry Kaye Prettyman and husband Clem.

She is survived by her children, Joseph Keith Marlow, Susan Kristine Beck and husband Thomas, Paula Kathleen Andrews and husband Millard, and Patrick Kent Marlow and wife Charlene; 8 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 1 great grandchild on the way; numerous great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
