Sharon K. Herbison

On March 28th, 2021, Sharon K. Scribner Herbison got her heavenly wings and went to join her parents and sisters who preceded her in death.

Born June 28th in Kansas City MO, she attended Faxon Elementary, Westport High School and East High School. Sharon was an amazing Wife, Mother (Marmie), Sister, Aunt, Grandmother (Nanny) Cousin and Friend. When she was able to do so, she loved going to church, singing in the choir, and helping others as a Home Health Aid. She cared deeply for her family and those who were blessed enough to know her. She did this not out of obligation, but because of who she was.

Sharon is survived by her husband of 50 years, John F. Herbison Jr., her daughters Leslie (Eric) Flowers, Overland Park KS, Jacqueline (Daniel) Gutridge, Blue Springs MO and Beverly (Lynn) Herrington, DeSoto, KS, her beloved nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Marmie will be laid to rest 1PM, Wednesday March 31 at Green Lawn Cemetery, 8251 Hillcrest Rd., Kansas City, Missouri.
