Constance Ann Holcomb, 69, passed away Sept. 6, 2018 at her home in Kansas City, MO. Graveside services 1:00 pm Friday, Sept. 14, at Green Lawn Cemetery, 8251 Hillcrest, KCMO.
Connie was born June 7, 1949, the daughter of Paul George and Edith (Fisher) Wade. She served in the U.S. Navy from 1971 to 1973. She was a registered nurse. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, David and Tonya Holcomb of Liberty, MO.
