Tonya Lynn Holcomb

Tonya Lynn Holcomb, 47, of Liberty, MO, passed away unexpectedly at her home on September 1, 2022.

Tonya was born May 3, 1975, in Kansas City, MO. She graduated from Grandview High School in 1993 and after receiving her nursing degree from Northland Career Center, worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Tonya was united in marriage to David Paul Holcomb on June 21, 2002.

Tonya was preceded in death by her father, Forest Bennett. She leaves her husband of 20 years, David; children, Anna Rich and Jackson Rich; granddaughter, Melody Ortiz; mother, Jacqueline Hinderks and her husband Gary; and sister, Sonya Wood and her husband Jason.

Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm, followed by a service celebrating Tonya's life at 2:00 pm, on Thursday, September 8, at Park Lawn South Chapel, 8251 Hillcrest Road, Kansas City, MO. Burial will follow at Green Lawn Cemetery.
