Bonnie Fay (Cobb) Humphreys, 78, a longtime Liberty resident, passed away peacefully into the arms of Jesus, on April 22, 2021, at NorthCare Hospice House.

Bonnie was born February 25, 1943, in Wright County, MO, one of seven children of Samuel Bedford Cobb and Melvina Frances (Sparks) Cobb. She graduated from Northeast High School in Kansas City. Bonnie was united in marriage to Garold Eugene Humphreys on February 10, 1962 and they were blessed with three children, Nancy, Garold Jr. "Skip" and Heidi.

Bonnie was a devoted Christian and most recently attended Briarcliff Church. In her earlier years, Bonnie was a member of Liberty Manor Baptist Church and Berean Baptist Church. She served as President of Liberty Women's Aglow. Bonnie served with Garold in their church youth and college ministries through the years. They also opened their home to Bible studies.
