Loved reading this, very bitter sweet per say .. I am so lucky to have crossed paths with such a legend like Mike. I am thankful everyday of my life for him & the opportunity he gave me that truly made me and my whole life better. I am forever grateful.. I miss our weekend chats and mentorship like calls. I know Mike always wanted the best for me and I know he really cared about my success as well as the success of others. That is a true Partner, Friend, and Mentor. Thankful is an understatement.... Forever in my heart and mind! I will always tell everyone the reason for LaborMAX Wilmington and my journey lead here because of you.

Traci, I read a poem today that Mike sent me when my Mom passed last June. He was so caring, and told me to take has much time off has needed. Mike, was a great Partner, and Mento to me. I miss his calls and I know he misses mine. LaborMax lost a great Leader. He always told me to keep pushing.

My deepest sympathies are shared with you, Traci, his sons, and all family, friends, and loved ones. We often don't know or understand why bad things happen in life, but, thankfully, we do know that our Lord is always in control and His presence with peace, strength, and hope are always with us. Mike lived in a good and special way, with our years at West Point laying much of the foundation, and may all of you cherished those memories as you hold to the love of God and continue living life to the fullest as we know Mike would do. Again, my condolences to all.

To Julie, Robert & Clayton..... I've known you all and Mike for many years (back to "before" LaborMax). To say that I've considered you good friends would be an understatement. My heart breaks for your family, and I pray that God will love, comfort and watch over you all. Heaven certainly gained a good one.

Mike Ingham was a great friend. We graduated from West Point in 1984. While we went our separate ways in that pre-social media/email world, we reconnected about 10 years ago at a West Point class reunion. Mike had done so much with his life, both in business as well as personally. Four years ago, he invested in our company, Telemynd, and was our biggest champion as we expanded our mental health services to the military community and beyond. I'll miss his ability to connect with people on a personal level while all the while seeing the path forward to even higher performance as a team. I'll miss my friend, Mike and know the good Lord has a brand new Angel in his midst. RIP, Brother.
