Charles Inselman was a genuinely nice guy, and a good man. Every time I saw him he had a smile on his face and those times we did see each other at the various get-togethers, he'd always come by to see how I was doing. It was always fun seeing and catching up with him. Whenever I was driving to one of those functions I'd hope that Mr. Inselman would be there and that I would be able to see my friend again. It was honestly a pleasure knowing him. It's a huge loss now that he's gone, and he will be missed for sure!

Charles was my Sunday School teacher when I was a boy. His life influenced me through out my life. He was a Godly man, husband, father and church leader.

I well remember the Inselman family from my youthful days at Centropolis Baptist Church. My memory is a bit cloudy, but I believe Mr. Inselman was my Sunday School teacher one year and I graduated East High School with Sharon. My condolences to the family.

What a blessing to have Charlie in our Sunday morning Bible class! I will always remember his warm smile-every week, his "thumbs up" trademark sign, and his firm pat on the shoulder. His faithfulness to the house of the Lord was an example to all of us. While in his 90's he drove to church in the snow! His testimony of getting up each morning and spending time in God's Word and in prayer greatly impacted me. He loved to talk about the things of the Lord. Charlie will be greatly missed, but he is enjoying a grand reunion in heaven, and the presence and joy of the Lord. Yes, he is having a great day today!

Charlie was an amazing man that always seemed to have a smile on his face. He would come to church early to hear our music rehearsals and would tap his feet or wave his hands (sometime his hat too). He would then make sure to shake my hand and tell me how much he loved the music and how much he appreciated our hard work. Charlie was such an encouragement to all of us. He might have had his own preferred style of music, but he loved everything that we did and supported us every week.
