My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time of your loss. It was a pleasure to have known and worked with Jim at the Tax Commission.

Bob Peck, Former co-worker

Please accept my sincere condolences at the loss of Jim, he was quiet around us but with so many big mouthed co workers he couldn't of gotten a word in anyway. He is missed.

Dede Mitchell, State Tax Commission co-worker
