Jeanne Angell

Almeda Jean (Jeanne) Angell was born July 2nd, 1947 in Hardtner, Kansas to Allen D. (Bud) Angell and Alice Ruth Broyles. Jeanne graduated from Grandview High School in 1965. She then attended Central Missouri State University where she earned an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in Education Administration. Jeanne later earned her PHD in Educational Curriculum and Design.

After a 30-year career as a teacher and administrator in the Missouri State Education System Jeanne retired in 2003. She then embarked on a successful career in real estate sales and marketing. Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her brother Larry (Sherry) of Overland Park Kansas, nephew Troy Angell (Dara) Prairie Village, Kansas, nephew Scott Angell (Kristy) Overland Park Kansas, great-nephew Nick Angell, great-niece Megan Angell, great-niece Maddy Angell and many other family members and friends.

Jeanne passed away September 6, 2023.

Visitation will be 12:30PM, with services to follow at 1:30PM, Tuesday, September 12 at Park Lawn Funeral Home, 8251 Hillcrest Rd., Kansas City, Missouri; burial in Green Lawn Cemetery.
