Robert L. Johnson

Robert Lee (Bob) Johnson, 88, of Lee’s Summit, MO passed away on January 30, 2023. Bob was born on October 19, 1934 in Appleton City, MO to Earl and Edna Johnson.

He was preceded in death by his son, Michael Earl Johnson, his parents and sisters: Velma Rukes, Geraldine Panter and Dorothy Laverentz.

Bob leaves behind the love of his life Nola Ann Johnson of 61 years of marriage of the home; his granddaughter Amanda M. Brown; grandson Andrew Altherr; identical twin great grandsons Christopher Ray and Harrison James Brown and Thomas Robert Altherr of Mishawaka, Indiana; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 9AM, with services to follow at 10AM, Saturday, February 4 at Sycamore Hills Baptist Church, 15200 East 39th St S, Independence, MO; burial in Lee’s Summit Historical Cemetery.
