Lawrence Chester Jones

Lawrence Chester "L.C." Jones, 60, a lifelong Liberty resident, passed away December 22, 2020, at Redwood of Carmel Hills in Independence, MO. L.C. was born March 2, 1960, in Liberty, MO, the son of George Rozelle Jones, Sr. and Dorothy Marie (Smith) Jones. He attended school in Liberty, was a baptized member of the First Baptist Church, and worked for Guy's Foods in Liberty.

L.C. was preceded in death by his father, George Sr; and grandmother, Ida Smith. He leaves to mourn his passing, his mother, Dorothy Jones of Independence, MO; siblings, George Rozelle Jones, Jr. of Independence, MO, Clifford Jones of Independence, MO, Douglas Jones of Liberty, MO and Arlene Clark of Independence, MO; as well a numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
