The world has no doubt been left a better place knowing what a kind, loving and caring person Marla was. And now, all the creatures of the earth both small and great rejoice together in spirit as Marla is honored with a beautiful hilltop resting place in a fitting memorial here on earth to never be forgotten. Our deepest sympathies to all who knew and loved her. II Esdras: "Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her forever and ever, amen." .

My Sisters and I have known Marla our whole life. Our Mothers were childhood best friends. Marla was a bright light and had a smile that could light up a room. We bonded instantly later in life because we both adore animals and care about their well being. We advocate for them and are their voice, and have rescued many animals. We would share stories when we were together and thanks to fb, we shared even more. The Starforth's are a very close family. So it is only fitting that Marla & Pam found complimented matches with the Jones. Our hearts ache for you all. Grief is among the very worst pain on Earth. I know Marla's light will continue to shine as she will be her family's Guardian, overlooking & protecting all those she loved. Big and small. ❤

I don’t even have words to say that could come close to the sorrow I feel for we who are left behind. Marla was the sweetest dearest lady I think I’ve ever known. She was all about serving and doing for others... NO MATTER WHAT... I miss her so much. Thank you Jesus that I know she is with you and we’ll all be together again. My heart goes out for her family and friends. Such a loss for us and a great homecoming celebration in Heaven. If there is anything I can do for you, please, please let me know
