Isybelle Jones-Smith

Isybelle Jones-Smith passed on November 5th, 2020 from Coronavirus at the age of 95.  She lived a Christian, clean and healthy life. A devoted lifelong member of the Christ United Methodist Church in Independence, Missouri.

She was married to Leman Everett Jones and then to Robert J. Smith. Two of the most kind and decent men ever. Isybelle always had a smile on her face no matter what... and a extra caring smile for others. It was almost impossible for her to say anything bad about anyone. She is survived by her daughter, two stepchildren, four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. And her dear longtime friend Dorothy.

Isybelle spread goodness whenever she was around... at her home all through the years she could be found in her kitchen or her church or reading the Bible. Isybelle could... talk in tongues... something she was very excited about and to find out from God what it all meant. Now she can.

You are the best Momma. Thank you for being my momma. Rest in eternal peace. Now you can dance with my daddy again and all our angels. I love you always and forever... I love you, more... debbi
