Donald R. Juul, 66, passed away Thursday, April 22, 2021 at Saint Luke's North Hospital. Donald was born August 19, 1954 in St Louis, Missouri to Earl J. Juul and Marcella (Puchta) Juul. He graduated from University of Missouri Kansas City. Donald was a third generation business owner, operating Index Restaurant Supply in Kansas City, Missouri. His passions were his family and Index.

Donald was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Laura Cabot. Survivors include partner Pam Rohm of the home and son Christopher Juul, Kansas City.

Visitation will be 12PM, Thursday, April 29 at Park Lawn Funeral Home, 8251 Hillcrest Rd., Kansas City, Missouri; 1PM graveside services to follow at Green Lawn Cemetery.
