Michael Eugene Kackley

Michael Eugene Kackley, 66, of Kearney, MO, passed away peacefully on June 9, 2019, at NorthCare Hospice House with his wife and son at his side. Visitation will begin at 3:00 pm, followed by a service celebrating Mike's life at 4:00 pm, on Saturday, June 29, at Park Lawn Northland Chapel, I-35 at State Route 291, Liberty. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to NorthCare Hospice House.

Mike was born June 20, 1952, in Versailles, MO, the son of Charles E. Kackley and Mildred Kauffman Kackley. His father, and brother, Larry Kackley, preceded him in death.  He was united in marriage to Ella Louise Kenney on June 1, 1992.

Mike's career with Ford Motor Company spanned 30 years before retiring as a forklift operator in 2008. He was a member of the UAW. He loved riding his Harley and Honda motorcycles, and was a member of the KC Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Club.

Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Ella; son, Michael Kackley; mother, Mildred Kackley; siblings, Carolyn (David) Ross, Sue Kackley, Rebecca Hickey and Charlie Kackley; three nephews, two nieces, other family members and friends.

Visitation: 3:00 pm-4:00 pm, on Saturday, June 29, at Park Lawn Northland Chapel, I-35 at State Route 291, Liberty.
