Kathleen Susan Mattucks

Kathleen (Kathy) Susan Mattucks, age 74, passed away in her home surrounded by family on April 1, 2025.

Kathy spent a majority of her life in the Kansas City area where she met her beloved husband Ted. Kathy was very proud of her children’s and step children’s accomplishments and loved to boast on them to everyone she knew. She held a very special place in her heart for her grandchildren and loved all the special moments they shared with her.

Kathy was preceded in death by her father (Donald Mays), mother (Virginia Pierce) and brother (Donald Mays Jr.). She was survived by her loving husband Theodore Mattucks; children David Collins (Marissa), Luke Collins, Lori Collins-Engling (Anthony) step children Holly Blaich, Joshua Mattucks, Beth Lopez (Rey), Michelle Mattucks; siblings Jean and Timothy Mays. She leaves a legacy of 16 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

A private cremation was held and interment will happen on a later date.
