Kelvin Lee Kellerman

June 25, 1954 — November 7, 2020

Kelvin Lee Kellerman, 66, of Lone Jack, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, October 7, 2020, from complications of COVID-19.

Kelvin was born on June 25, 1954, at home in Cameron, Missouri. He was employed for nearly 50 years at Land Specialties in Raytown, Missouri, as a machinist. He enjoyed traveling, maintaining his 40 acres, Royals baseball, Kansas City Chiefs football, NASCAR, and spending time with his family.

Kelvin was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Mazel Kellerman of Raytown, Missouri. Kelvin is survived by his wife Cathie (Nicholson) Kellerman, his step-daughter Jaime Owen (Jeff), granddaughters Olivia (15), Aubrey (13), and Elin (8), sister Sonya Shafer (Dennis Hays), niece Ronda Sochan, nephew Alan Echols, and several great-nieces and nephews.

Kelvin will be greatly missed by all who knew him and appreciated his thoughtfulness and gentle spirit. Our thanks to Saint Luke’s Hospital and the staff there for the excellent care he received and all that was done to try and save him. In lieu of flowers, please take this virus seriously and wear a mask until a proper vaccine becomes available. If you feel lead, a donation can be made on behalf of Kelvin to Saint Luke’s Foundation in support of COVID-19 relief.

Graveside services awill be 2PM, Friday, November 13 at Green Lawn Cemetery, 8251 Hillcrest Rd., Kansas City, MO.
