Marvin D Kinnison

Marvin Dale Kinnison, 77, formerly of Liberty, MO, passed away peacefully on March 25, 2018, at Overland Park Regional Medical Center. Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm, followed by a celebration of Marvin's life, including military honors, at 2:00 pm, on Friday, March 30, at Park Lawn Northland Chapel, I-35 at State Route 291, Liberty. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the National Stroke Association (www.stroke.org).

Marv was born December 9, 1940, in Kansas City, MO the younger of two sons of Russell D. and Blanche Marie (Cooper) Kinnison. Along with his parents, Marv was preceded in death by his step-mother, Hazel Kinnison. He served in the U.S. Army from 1958 until receiving honorable discharge in 1960. He owned and operated Kinnison Remodeling for many years and more recently operated a lawn mowing business.

Survivors include his daughters, Lorrie Medina (Mike); Marvetta Lander, Beverly Wright and Kayla Kinnison; six grandchildren, two great grandchildren; brother, Stanley Kinnison (Ruby); as well as other family members and friends.

Funeral Service: 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 30, 2018 at Park Lawn Northland Chapel
