Daryl L. Lancaster

Daryl L. Lancaster, 96, passed away May 8, 2019. Daryl was born October 6, 1922 in Asbury, MO to Gladys Marie (Burgess) and Leonard Leroy Lancaster. He was preceded in death by two wives: Jessie “Bernice” Wright and Eula “Jane”Hall-Green. He had 11 brothers and sisters – five of which survive: Donna Decker, Bill Smith, Phyllis Wolf, Hope McAllister and Ruth Tatum. Daryl is also survived by five children: Sherrill See, Denton Lancaster, Dan Green, Sammie Green and Jim Green; 11 grandchildren: Michael, Anthony, Jonathan, Adam, Stephanie, Sarah, Nathan (deceased), Derek, Kristi, April, and Lucas; 14 great grandchildren: Josh, Zeke, Sammie Elizabeth, Evelyn Grace, Caden, Stephen, Deven, Logan, Baylee, Rylee, Brechen, Keean, Jacob and Noah.

Visitation will be 930AM, with service following at 11AM, Friday, May 24 at Gregory Boulevard Church of Christ, 7109 Raytown Rd.; burial in Floral Hills Cemetery.
